FAQ's
Here we list some of our most frequently asked questions.

Question : Will my phone be able to receive the service ?
Answer : If your mobile phone can receive text messages then yes it will.

Question : In what countries will it work ?
Answer : A text message is sent through the GSM network and we are able to send the service to any digital network in the world. At some point you have probably been away from home or you have a relative that lives in another country but stays in touch with you by sending you text messages, well this works in exactly the same way.

Question : Is this a free service ?
Answer : Unfortunately it's not. The people who sit in front of the computers that send the messages out and the networks want to get paid for assisting us with this service so in order to pay them we have to charge a minimal fee for the service.

Question : What does this service cost ?
Answer : You will be shown the cost on the subscribe page HERE which is before you enter your details. Each package or service has a different price. South Africans are billed per alert and their pricing is HERE.

Question : Will you be able to send me messages even though I am in a foreign country?
Answer : Most networks allow you to receive text messages from anywhere in the world so we see no reason as to why you should not be able to receive the service.

Question : How long after a result is finalised is the message sent out?
Answer : Results and updates are sent out almost immediately.Usually the minute after result you will receive it. The delivery does however depend on third party factors such as network congestion.
